Ingredients

  • 50 ml Bourbon
  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml Sugar syrup
  • 80 ml Soda Water
  • Ice
  • Lemon slice and cherry garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the bourbon, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with soda water, stir gently and garnish with lemon.
