Toasted Coconut Martini

Description

The appeal of Toasted Coconut Martini is immediate: it has a strong flavour direction without becoming complicated. The recipe combines Vodka, Coconut Rum, Coconut Cream, and Vanilla syrup. The goal is silkiness rather than simple sweetness: proper chilling and controlled dilution keep the base visible beneath the richer ingredients.

It works especially well after dinner or when you want one drink to feel like a small occasion in its own right. Use fresh ice and serve promptly so the texture and aroma arrive at their best.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Coconut Rum
  • 20 ml Coconut Cream
  • 10 ml Vanilla syrup
  • Ice

  1. Add the vodka, coconut rum, coconut cream and vanilla syrup to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake hard until cold and silky.
