Mexican Mule

Description

The Mexican Mule keeps the familiar snap of a Moscow Mule but swaps vodka for tequila, which immediately makes the drink brighter, earthier and more interesting. Lime sharpens the agave, ginger beer adds heat and fizz, and a touch of agave syrup rounds the edges without making it heavy.

It is a brilliant gateway tequila drink because it does not ask for much effort, but it still has personality. Serve it tall with lots of ice and you get citrus, spice and clean tequila lift in every sip.
