Description

Mexican Mule swaps vodka for tequila to create a brighter, more citrus-led version of the familiar ginger beer classic.

Ingredients

45 ml Blanco tequila
20 ml lime juice
100 ml Ginger Beer
10 ml Agave syrup

Instructions

Build: Add tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup to a glass with ice.

Top: Add ginger beer, stir gently, and serve.

Finish: Serve immediately.
