Description

Chocolate Martini takes a familiar cocktail structure and gives it a more distinctive point of view. The recipe combines Vodka, Chocolate Liqueur, and Irish Cream. The goal is silkiness rather than simple sweetness: proper chilling and controlled dilution keep the base visible beneath the richer ingredients.

It works especially well after dinner or when you want one drink to feel like a small occasion in its own right. Use fresh ice and serve promptly so the texture and aroma arrive at their best.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Chocolate Liqueur
  • 20 ml Irish Cream
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Add the vodka, chocolate component and Irish cream to a shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Shake hard until the drink is thoroughly chilled and lightly aerated.
  3. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Finish with a light chocolate garnish.
