Ingredients

  • 50 ml Dark rum
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 20 ml Sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 30 ml Soda Water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add the dark rum, fresh lime juice, sugar syrup and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly until chilled.
  3. Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
