Description

The Paper Plane was created by bartender Sam Ross in 2007 and named after the M.I.A. song. It is a balanced and refreshing bourbon cocktail.

This drink is a variation of the Last Word, using Aperol and Amaro Nonino to create a unique bittersweet profile.

Ingredients

30 ml Bourbon
30 ml Aperol
30 ml Amaro Nonino
30 ml lemon juice

Equipment needed

Cocktail Shaker – Used to shake all ingredients with ice. Fine Mesh Strainer – Used to fine strain into the coupe.

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
No garnish required.
