Horse's Neck

Description

The appeal of Horse's Neck is immediate: it has a strong flavour direction without becoming complicated. The recipe combines Brandy, Ginger Ale, and Long spiral lemon peel. Bubbles keep the serve open and refreshing, so the richer or sweeter elements stay light on the palate.

It fits naturally into aperitif hour, garden drinks, parties or any round where you want flavour without a heavy finish. Use fresh ice and serve promptly so the texture and aroma arrive at their best.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Brandy
  • 120 ml Ginger Ale
  • Ice
  • Long spiral lemon peel

  2. Fill the glass with fresh ice and add the brandy.
