The Saturn cocktail was created in the 1960s by bartender J. "Popo" Galsini for a cocktail competition. It uniquely combines gin with tiki ingredients, making it one of the few gin-based tropical drinks.

The drink has seen a resurgence in the modern tiki scene.

• 45ml Gin
• 15ml Passionfruit Syrup
• 15ml Lemon Juice
• 7ml Orgeat Syrup
• 7ml Falernum

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry.
