Navy Grog is a classic tiki cocktail that was popularized by Don the Beachcomber in the 1940s. Originally inspired by British naval rum rations, this drink combines multiple rums with citrus and honey syrup.

Ingredients
30 ml Light Rum
30 ml Dark rum
15 ml lime juice
15 ml Grapefruit Juice
15 ml Honey syrup
60 ml Soda Water
Instructions
Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.
Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.
Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig.
