The Caesar is the signature cocktail of Canada, invented in 1969 by bartender Walter Chell in Calgary. It was inspired by Italian flavours and became an instant classic.
Made with vodka, Clamato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and a spiced rim, this drink is a savoury and spicy alternative to the Bloody Mary.
Instructions
Rim a glass with celery salt.
Fill the glass with ice and add vodka.
Top with Clamato juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir and garnish with a celery stick.
