Cocktail recipe

Caesar recipe.

Caesar is bold, tomato-rich and built around seasoning rather than sweetness, with Vodka, Clamato Juice, Hot Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce giving the drink a clearer flavour story and a more useful reason to make it.

Caesar

Description

Caesar should feel intentional from the first sip, not like a random mixture poured over ice. Instead of chasing sweetness, this drink uses seasoning, acidity and texture to create depth. Vodka, clamato juice, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce should taste layered: bright at the front, savoury in the middle and clean enough at the finish.

It is a cocktail for people who like flavour with a bit of bite, especially when food is involved.
