The Air Mail cocktail dates back to the 1930s and was originally featured in Bacardi promotional materials.
This festive drink combines rum, lime, honey, and Champagne for a refreshing and effervescent experience.
Ingredients
• 45ml Aged Rum
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Honey Syrup
• Champagne (to top)
Instructions
Shake rum, lime juice, and honey syrup with ice.
Strain into a flute glass.
Top with Champagne and garnish with a lime twist.
