Description

Monaco Midnight is designed for race weekends and F1-themed menus, using Vodka, Black cherry liqueur, Champagne cordial, sparkling wine. Serve well chilled to create a drink with speed, colour and a clear event hook.

The cocktail should feel polished and energetic: bold enough for a watch party, refined enough for a drinks list, and simple enough for readers to understand why it belongs in a motorsport collection.

Use it beside race previews, circuit-themed content, party menus or image-led pages where the cocktail needs to look editorial as well as taste balanced.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Black cherry liqueur
  • 10 ml Champagne Cordial
  • 80 ml Sparkling Wine
  • Lemon twist
  • Ice

Equipment needed

Bar Spoon – Used to stir the drink smoothly with ice before serving. Muddler – Useful for gently pressing herbs, fruit or sugar when building the drink.

Instructions

  1. Add Vodka and Black cherry liqueur to a shaker with ice; keep Champagne Cordial and Sparkling Wine out of the shaker.
  2. Shake briefly until the base is well chilled.
  3. Strain into the serving glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top gently with Champagne Cordial and Sparkling Wine, stir once or twice, and garnish.

Garnish: Good for wedges, spears, herbs, and long-drink garnishes.
