Mojito

Description

The Mojito is a classic Cuban cocktail with a story rooted in Havana, sunshine and celebration. Believed to have evolved from an older drink of cane spirit, lime, sugar and mint, it became more refined as rum production improved, eventually turning into one of the world’s most famous cocktails.

Its taste is what makes it unforgettable. White rum gives a light sweetness, lime adds sharp citrus, mint brings a cool freshness, and soda water keeps it lively and refreshing. The result is crisp, zesty and easy to drink.

Part of the Mojito’s lasting popularity comes from its simple ingredients, refreshing flavour and strong connection to Cuban cocktail culture, making it a timeless favourite for warm weather and relaxed occasions.

  • 1 lime (cut into 4 wedges)
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
