• 90 ml Prosecco
• 60 ml Aperol
• 30 ml Soda water
• Orange slice (for garnish)
• Ice

Fill the glass: Fill a large wine glass with ice.

Add Aperol: Pour the Aperol over the ice.

Add Prosecco: Slowly add the prosecco to the glass.

Top up with soda water: Finish with a splash of soda water.
