Mexican Coffee

Description

There is a useful confidence to Mexican Coffee. The recipe combines Tequila, Coffee Liqueur, Hot coffee, and Lightly whipped cream. The goal is silkiness rather than simple sweetness: proper chilling and controlled dilution keep the base visible beneath the richer ingredients.

It works especially well after dinner or when you want one drink to feel like a small occasion in its own right. Use fresh ice and serve promptly so the texture and aroma arrive at their best.
