The Kimchi Bloody Mary Mule is a bold savoury long drink that crosses the spice and depth of a Bloody Mary with the fresh fizz of a ginger beer mule. Vodka gives it a clean base, tomato juice adds body, lime sharpens the flavour, and kimchi brine brings heat, tang and fermented complexity.
The ginger beer is what stops the drink from feeling too heavy. It lifts the tomato and spice, adding sparkle and a lively ginger kick. Hot sauce gives it extra fire, but the kimchi brine is the real twist, adding a savoury depth that makes the cocktail feel more layered and more modern than a standard Bloody Mary.
This is a drink for people who like cocktails with attitude. It is spicy, fizzy, tangy and deeply savoury, making it ideal for brunch, food-pairing menus, barbecue nights or anyone who thinks a cocktail should be able to start a conversation.
