Moscow Mule

Description

The Moscow Mule is a simple yet invigorating cocktail that originated in the United States in the 1940s. It was created as a marketing strategy to boost sales of Smirnoff vodka and ginger beer. The drink is typically served in its signature copper mug not only enhances its visual appeal but also keeps it cold for longer.

Despite its name, the Moscow Mule has no Russian origins. The "Moscow" references vodka and its association with Russia, while "Mule" refers to the kick provided by the spicy ginger beer. Its crisp, zesty flavours make it a favourite for hot days and casual gatherings.
