Description

The Transfusion is a golf-club classic for a reason: it is easy-going, cold, lightly tart and built for long afternoons. Vodka gives it a neutral base, grape juice brings deep fruit, lime adds a clean snap, and ginger ale gives the drink its lift.

It should taste more grown-up than the ingredients suggest. The grape is plush, the lime cuts through it, and the ginger ale keeps everything moving. Serve it tall over ice and it becomes a relaxed clubhouse highball with just enough bite to stay interesting.

  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 90 ml Ginger Ale
