Coral Breeze

Description

Coral Breeze should feel intentional from the first sip, not like a random mixture poured over ice. The danger with tropical drinks is that they can become all juice and no direction. Here, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice and Grenadine give the serve a clearer shape: fruit for generosity, acidity for snap and spirit for warmth.

The result should feel abundant and sunny, but still balanced enough that you want a second sip rather than a glass of syrup.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Light Rum
  • 90 ml Orange juice
  • 30 ml Pineapple juice
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml Grenadine

Instructions

  1. Add crushed ice to a tall glass until full.
  2. Pour in the rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice.
  3. Slowly pour the grenadine to create a gradient effect.
  4. Top with orange slice, cherry, and fresh mint.
