Description

Blackberry Basil Mojito gives the classic mojito a darker berry edge while keeping it fresh and bright.

Ingredients

50 ml White rum
20 ml Blackberry syrup
4 leaves Basil Leaves
20 ml lime juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
60 ml Soda Water

Instructions

Build: Add basil, lime juice, syrup, and rum to a tall glass with ice.

Top: Add soda water and stir gently.

Serve: Finish neatly and serve.
