50 ml Rum
20 ml Coffee Liqueur
10 ml Panela modifier
Ice

Equipment needed

Instructions

Add the rum, coffee liqueur and panela modifier to a mixing glass filled with ice.
Stir for about 20 seconds until cold and properly diluted.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
