Velvet Thunder is built around whiskey, coffee syrup, bitters, giving it a clear identity from the first sip. Think of it as a new-generation cocktail: familiar enough to understand quickly, but distinctive enough to feel worth ordering again.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Whiskey
  • 10 ml Coffee syrup
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • 5 ml Hazelnut tincture
  • Ice
  • Expressed citrus peel

Equipment needed

Instructions

  1. Add the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds until the drink is properly chilled.
