Ingredients

  • 60 ml Whiskey
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 piece Egg White (optional, for texture)
  • 1 lemon (for garnish)
  • 1 cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add whiskey, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Add egg white if using.
  2. Dry shake without ice first if using egg white.
  3. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon wheel or cherry.
