Description

Ti' Punch earns its place in the glass by keeping the idea clear. The recipe combines Rhum agricole blanc, Cane syrup, and Lime coin. Each ingredient has a clear job: the base provides structure, the modifiers build flavour, and careful chilling keeps the finish clean.

It is versatile enough for a cocktail night at home, dinner with friends or a round where you want something a little less predictable. Taste before serving and make small adjustments; balance is easier to preserve that way.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Rhum agricole blanc
  • 1 piece Cane syrup
  • Lime coin
  • Ice

Equipment needed

Bar Spoon – Used to stir the drink smoothly with ice before serving. Bottle Opener – Useful if the serve uses bottled soda, ginger beer or sparkling wine.

Instructions

  1. Place the lime coin in a small rocks glass and press it gently with the cane syrup to release the oils and juice.
  2. Add the rhum agricole blanc.
  3. Stir until the syrup is fully integrated.
  4. Serve as is, or add a small amount of ice if you prefer it colder and slightly diluted.
