The Royal Bermuda Yacht Club cocktail is a tropical variation of the daiquiri. It was first documented in the 1940s and has remained a favorite among rum lovers.
The addition of falernum and dry curacao gives it a spiced, complex flavor.
Ingredients
50 ml Aged Rum
20 ml lime juice
10 ml Falernum
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a lime twist.
