Description

Rosé vermouth, strawberry and lemon make a fruit-led aperitif highball, with soda added after the still ingredients are mixed. Build and top gently to preserve the bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Rosé vermouth
  • 15 ml Strawberry Puree
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 90 ml Soda Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the serving glass. Use fresh ice for a rocks, highball or wine-glass serve; chill stemware for a drink served without ice.
  2. Measure 60 ml Rosé vermouth, 15 ml Strawberry Puree, 10 ml lemon juice into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake for 12–15 seconds, then strain into the prepared glass.
  3. Gently add 90 ml Soda Water. Stir once to combine without flattening the bubbles.
  4. Finish with the suggested garnish and serve immediately.
