Description

What makes Pixie Dust Punch worth making is the way its flavours move across the glass. The bubbles are not just there for decoration: they lift the aroma, stretch the sweetness and make Limoncello, Champagne and Soda Water feel lighter in the mouth. That is why the drink lands so well as an aperitif, a brunch serve or a first drink before food.

Keep the build cold and avoid over-stirring after the fizz goes in, because the sparkle is part of the flavour.
