Ingredients

  • 20 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Apricot brandy
  • 60 ml Champagne
  • 1 dash Orange bitters
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, apricot brandy and orange bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly until cold and strain into a chilled flute or coupe.
  3. Top gently with Champagne.
  4. Stir once very lightly and serve.
