A zesty, space-blue margarita variation. Tequila, triple sec and lime get a curaçao cosmos hue, lengthened lightly with soda. The margarita emerged mid-20th century; this neon riff rockets it into orbit.
In a shaker with ice, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice and blue curaçao. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a salt-rimmed margarita or rocks glass filled with ice. Add a splash of soda water. Garnish with a lime wheel or glowing stirrer.
