Spicy Pineapple Ranch Water

Description

Spicy Pineapple Ranch Water takes the lean, refreshing idea of Ranch Water and gives it a sunnier, sharper edge. Blanco tequila keeps the drink crisp, pineapple adds juicy sweetness, lime brings snap, and jalapeño syrup gives a controlled heat that builds rather than shouts.

The trick is keeping it long and fizzy. Soda water stretches the fruit and chilli into something clean, not sticky, so it works brilliantly for Cinco de Mayo, summer parties or any night where a Margarita feels a bit too heavy. It is fresh, spicy and dangerously easy to keep sipping.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Blanco tequila
  • 40 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml Jalapeno syrup
  • 80 ml Soda Water

Instructions

Build: Fill a highball glass with ice and add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, and jalapeno syrup.
