Ginger Highball

Description

The Ginger Highball is a simple whiskey drink with more character than its ingredient list suggests. Bourbon brings vanilla and oak, ginger ale adds gentle spice and bubbles, and lemon juice keeps the finish bright rather than sweet.

It is an easy long drink for people who like whiskey but do not always want a stirred cocktail. The ginger lifts the bourbon, the lemon sharpens it, and the result is refreshing without losing warmth.

  • 10 ml lemon juice
