Fruit Salad Martini

Description

The Fruit Salad Martini is built around the flavour memory of the classic penny sweet: bright pineapple, raspberry sweetness and a little orange-laced lift. It is colourful and playful, but it works best when treated like a proper cocktail rather than a novelty shot.

Vodka keeps the base clean, raspberry liqueur gives the sweet-shop fruit note, and triple sec adds the citrus gloss that ties everything together. Serve it properly chilled and it becomes a fun party drink with a surprisingly neat balance: nostalgic, fruity and just sharp enough to stop it tasting childish.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Raspberry Liqueur
  • 20 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur (or triple sec)
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 piece Pineapple Wedge (or raspberry, for garnish)

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice, passion fruit liqueur (or triple sec), lemon juice, and sugar syrup.

Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a fresh raspberry, or both for visual appeal.
