Description

A bright and fruity martini based on the iconic penny sweet, blending pineapple juice, raspberry vodka, and a touch of grenadine for colour.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Vodka
  • 20 ml Raspberry Liqueur
  • 20 ml Pineapple juice
  • 15 ml Passion Fruit Liqueur (or triple sec)
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup
  • Ice
  • 1 piece Pineapple Wedge (or raspberry, for garnish)

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add vodka, raspberry liqueur, pineapple juice, passion fruit liqueur (or triple sec), lemon juice, and sugar syrup.

Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge, a fresh raspberry, or both for visual appeal.
