Poisoned Apple Martini

Description

Poisoned Apple Martini should feel intentional from the first sip, not like a random mixture poured over ice. The sour structure gives the drink its discipline: spirit for weight, citrus for energy and sweetness for shape. Vodka, sour apple liqueur and cranberry juice should feel bright and deliberate, with the tart edge making the flavour pop rather than vanish.

The best version tastes alive, not merely acidic; it should leave a clean finish and make the next sip feel inviting.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Vodka
  • 25 ml Sour Apple Schnapps
  • 25 ml Cranberry Juice
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup
  • 1 piece Apple Slices (thin slice garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, sour apple liqueur, cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice or a red sugar rim.
