A vivid, ruby-hued apple martini inspired by Snow White’s poisoned apple. Built on the modern apple martini, it blends vodka and sour apple liqueur with cranberry for colour and bite. Apple-based martinis rose to popularity in the late 1990s, evolving from classic vodka martini variations.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, sour apple liqueur, cranberry juice, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice or a red sugar rim.
