Description

Velour Vesper takes a familiar cocktail structure and gives it a more distinctive point of view. The recipe combines Gin, Vodka liqueur, and Lillet modifier. Each ingredient has a clear job: the base provides structure, the modifiers build flavour, and careful chilling keeps the finish clean.

It is versatile enough for a cocktail night at home, dinner with friends or a round where you want something a little less predictable. Taste before serving and make small adjustments; balance is easier to preserve that way.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Vodka liqueur
  • 10 ml Lillet modifier
  • Ice
  • Twist, fruit

Instructions

  1. Add the liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
  2. Stir until very cold and lightly diluted.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice or served straight up.
  4. Garnish with a clean aromatic finish and serve immediately.
