Thai Tea Daiquiri

Thai Tea Daiquiri

Description

The Thai Tea Daiquiri gives the clean rum-and-lime structure of a Daiquiri a silky, aromatic Thai iced tea twist. White rum keeps the drink crisp, lime juice adds the necessary sharpness, and Thai tea syrup brings black tea depth, gentle spice and a distinctive orange-gold richness. Condensed milk adds creaminess, while orange bitters help sharpen the finish.

This cocktail works because it keeps the Daiquiri’s brightness instead of becoming too creamy. The lime cuts through the condensed milk, the rum keeps it lively, and the tea gives the drink a smooth, fragrant backbone. It feels familiar in structure but completely different in flavour.

The Thai Tea Daiquiri is ideal for drinkers who like tropical sours, tea-based cocktails or creamy drinks that still feel refreshing. Silky, citrusy and gently spiced, it is unusual without being difficult, a clever fusion cocktail that makes sense from the first sip.
