Rosewood Fizz

Description

Rosewood Fizz is built around bourbon, raspberry vermouth, mûre liqueur, giving it a clear identity from the first sip. It follows the spritz and fizz tradition: lighter alcohol, lift from bubbles and a serve that feels celebratory without being too strong.

What makes it great is the balance: the base brings structure, the fruit or aromatic element gives personality, and the chilled serve keeps everything crisp. It has enough theatre for a cocktail menu but remains simple enough for a confident home bartender.

It earns its place at celebrations because it looks deliberate, tastes layered and still feels approachable to drink.

Ingredients

  • 35 ml Bourbon
  • 20 ml Raspberry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Mûre Liqueur
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters

Instructions

  1. Add the spirit, citrus and flavouring ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly until the base is cold.
  3. Strain into the serving glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with the sparkling ingredient, stir gently and garnish.
