Description

The recipe combines Bourbon, Raspberry Vermouth, Mûre Liqueur, Aromatic Bitters, and Soda Water. Bubbles keep the serve open and refreshing, so the richer or sweeter elements stay light on the palate.

It fits naturally into aperitif hour, garden drinks, parties or any round where you want flavour without a heavy finish. Use fresh ice and serve promptly so the texture and aroma arrive at their best.

Ingredients

  • 35 ml Bourbon
  • 20 ml Raspberry Vermouth
  • 10 ml Mûre Liqueur
  • 1 dash Aromatic Bitters
  • Soda Water to top
  • Ice

Equipment needed

Bar Spoon – Used to stir the drink smoothly with ice before serving. Bottle Opener – Useful if the serve uses bottled soda, ginger beer or sparkling wine.

Instructions

  1. Add Bourbon, Raspberry Vermouth, Mûre Liqueur, and Aromatic Bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly until cold.
  3. Strain into the serving glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top with Soda Water, stir gently and garnish.
