Pecan Pie Martini

Description

The Pecan Pie Martini is a dessert cocktail inspired by one of the most beloved Thanksgiving treats. It transforms the buttery, nutty sweetness of pecan pie into liquid form using vanilla vodka, nut-flavoured liqueur, and cream. Crème de cacao adds chocolate depth, while maple syrup or brown sugar syrup can give it that caramelised edge reminiscent of pecan filling.

This cocktail likely emerged in the early 2000s during the rise of dessert martinis, a trend that reimagined sweets like tiramisu, key lime pie, and s’mores into indulgent drinks. The Pecan Pie Martini is rich, creamy, and decadent perfect as an after-dinner showstopper during the holidays. Its flavour profile makes it ideal for anyone who loves pecan pie but wants a lighter, boozier version to sip.
