Inspired by the beloved Twister ice cream introduced by Walls in the UK during the 1980s, the Twister Cocktail pays homage to childhood summers with a grown-up twist. The original ice lolly is famous for its spiralling layers of lime, strawberry, and pineapple, and this cocktail captures those same flavours in liquid form.
It emerged as part of a wave of nostalgic dessert-style cocktails that blend sweet memories with boozy indulgence, often seen on Instagram-worthy menus at quirky bars and summer events.
