Brew a pot of Earl Grey tea and let it cool. In a shaker with ice, add gin, peach schnapps, honey syrup and fresh lemon juice. Shake briefly. Strain into a teacup or cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with an edible flower or citrus wheel.
