Limoncello Gin Fizz is a bright, sparkling lemon cocktail with a soft botanical edge from gin.

Ingredients

35 ml Gin
25 ml Limoncello
20 ml lemon juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
80 ml Soda Water

Instructions

Shake: Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.

Strain: Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

Top: Add soda water, stir gently, and serve.
