Description

Limoncello Collins blends gin and limoncello with lemon and soda for a bright, easy aperitif-style highball.

Ingredients

30 ml Gin
30 ml Limoncello
20 ml lemon juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
80 ml Soda Water

Instructions

Shake: Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice.

Strain: Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.

Top: Add soda water, stir gently, and serve.

300–410 ml Tall, straight-sided, narrower than a highball.
