Description

Hotel Georgia is the sort of drink that makes sense from the first sip. The recipe combines Gin, Apricot liqueur, lemon juice, and Orgeat. Fresh acidity gives the drink its shape, while sweeter and aromatic ingredients round the edges rather than masking the base.

Serve it very cold as a first drink, a weekend cocktail or a lively round with friends. Taste before serving and make small adjustments; balance is easier to preserve that way.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Apricot liqueur
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 10 ml Orgeat
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Add the gin, apricot liqueur, fresh lemon juice and orgeat to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until very cold.
