Ingredients

40 ml Rye whiskey
20 ml Sakura Syrup
20 ml Maple Juice
15 ml citrus juice
10 ml Sugar syrup
Ice

Cocktail Shaker – Used to chill, dilute and integrate the cocktail before serving. Fine Mesh Strainer – Use for a polished double-strain when citrus, fruit or herbs are shaken. Bottle Opener – Useful if the serve uses bottled soda, ginger beer or sparkling wine.

Instructions

Warm the serving glass with hot water, then discard the water.
Add the spirit, sweetener and citrus or spice elements to the glass.
Top with hot water, coffee, cider or wine as required and stir gently.
Garnish neatly and serve while warm.
