Electric Joy

Description

Blanco tequila and passion fruit make a bright tropical highball, with lime, agave syrup and a restrained soda finish. Build and top gently to preserve the bubbles.

45 ml Blanco tequila
35 ml Passion Fruit Puree
20 ml lime juice
10 ml Agave syrup
50 ml Soda Water

Instructions

Prepare the serving glass. Use fresh ice for a rocks, highball or wine-glass serve; chill stemware for a drink served without ice.
Measure 45 ml Blanco tequila, 35 ml Passion Fruit Puree, 20 ml lime juice, 10 ml Agave syrup into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake for 12–15 seconds, then strain into the prepared glass.
Gently add 50 ml Soda Water. Stir once to combine without flattening the bubbles.
Finish with the suggested garnish and serve immediately.
