The Corpse Reviver No. 2 is a classic hair-of-the-dog cocktail first recorded in a book by Harry Craddock called "Savoy Cocktail Book."

The drink is a perfectly balanced mix of gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, and a hint of absinthe, designed to refresh the drinker.

• 30ml Gin
• 30ml Cointreau
• 30ml Lillet Blanc
• 30ml Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Absinthe

Shake all ingredients with ice.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with an orange twist.
