Description

Champagne Podium is designed for race weekends and F1-themed menus, using Cognac, Apricot liqueur, Champagne cordial, sparkling wine. Serve well chilled to create a drink with speed, colour and a clear event hook.

The cocktail should feel polished and energetic: bold enough for a watch party, refined enough for a drinks list, and simple enough for readers to understand why it belongs in a motorsport collection.

Use it beside race previews, circuit-themed content, party menus or image-led pages where the cocktail needs to look editorial as well as taste balanced.

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Cognac
  • 20 ml Apricot liqueur
  • 10 ml Champagne Cordial
  • 80 ml Sparkling Wine
  • garnish

Equipment needed

Bar Spoon – Used to stir the drink smoothly with ice before serving. Muddler – Useful for gently pressing herbs, fruit or sugar when building the drink.

Instructions

  1. Add the liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard for 12 to 15 seconds until the drink is properly chilled.
  3. Fine strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice or served straight up.
  4. Garnish to echo the main flavour and serve immediately.
