Breakfast Martini

Description

The charm of Breakfast Martini is in the contrast: familiar flavours, but with enough shape to make it memorable. The sour structure gives the drink its discipline: spirit for weight, citrus for energy and sweetness for shape. Gin, triple sec, lemon juice and orange marmalade should feel bright and deliberate, with the tart edge making the flavour pop rather than vanish.

The best version tastes alive, not merely acidic; it should leave a clean finish and make the next sip feel inviting.

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gin
  • 15 ml Triple Sec
  • 15 ml lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1 piece Orange Marmalade

Instructions

  1. Add gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and orange marmalade to a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake hard until the marmalade is fully integrated and the drink is cold.

  4. Serve immediately.
