Bloody Fang Spritz

Description

Bloody Fang Spritz should feel intentional from the first sip, not like a random mixture poured over ice. The bubbles are not just there for decoration: they lift the aroma, stretch the sweetness and make Aperol, Prosecco, Grenadine and Pomegranate juice feel lighter in the mouth. That is why the drink lands so well as an aperitif, a brunch serve or a first drink before food.

Keep the build cold and avoid over-stirring after the fizz goes in, because the sparkle is part of the flavour.
