Vodka Kiwi Lemonade is a modern summer cocktail that puts a playful spin on the classic vodka lemonade. Originating as a juice-bar favourite, kiwi lemonade grew popular in the late 20th century once kiwifruit became widely available outside New Zealand. Bartenders quickly recognised that vodka’s clean profile was the perfect partner for kiwi’s tangy sweetness and the citrus bite of lemonade. The result is a vibrant, green-tinted drink that feels both cooling and uplifting and ideal for hot days, garden parties, or as a photogenic addition to a cocktail menu.
